2024 Quantum Computing Summer Short Course a Success!

From July 8 – July 19, 2024, the Laboratory for Physical Sciences Qubit Collaboratory delivered its fourth annual Quantum Computing Summer Short Course.  The course drew an enthusiastic group of graduate students, advanced undergraduates, and others from a diverse range of scientific disciplines including physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, and materials science.  Participants explored topics ranging from algorithms to hardware and executed code on working quantum devices.  Forty-two graduates earned certificates of completion by attending at least 80% of the course lectures and then passing a final assessment.
